Shipping Policy

At Creative Monument LLC, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process for all of our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Coverage & Costs

• FREE SHIPPING is included for all orders within the lower 48 United States.
• Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional charge. We will provide a shipping quote after your order is placed.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

• Standard production time is 8-16 weeks, depending on material availability and design complexity.
• We allow backorders! We are constantly adding more inventory, so if the stone color and size is not readily in our shop, we will immediately order it from the quarry. Once received, we will add you design and lettering right in our shop in Arkansas. This can add anywhere from 1 to 6 months to the expected ship time. Once your customer stone has been ordered, we will not be able to issue a refund for any delay in shipping.
• Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on the destination
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or cemetery regulations.
• Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee for select items. Contact us for details.

Shipping Damage & Inspection

• Customers should inspect their monument upon delivery.
• If damage occurs during shipping, it must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos so we can file a claim and begin crafting a replacement at no additional cost.

Cemetery Delivery Considerations

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the cemetery accepts direct deliveries and that the monument meets all cemetery regulations before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from cemetery restrictions or policies.
