How Long Does It Take to Receive a Headstone?
Standard production and delivery times range from 12 to 14 weeks after placing an order. However, if you need a faster turnaround, we offer an expedited 30-day rush delivery option for an additional fee.
Are Design and Engraving Costs Included in the Price?
Yes! Our pricing includes design work, engraving, shipping and applicable taxes—no hidden fees.
What If My Headstone Is Damaged During Shipping?
We take every precaution to ensure your monument arrives safely. However, in the rare event that damage occurs during shipping, we want to make the resolution process as smooth as possible for you.
- Upon Delivery: If possible, please inspect your monument before the delivery driver leaves. If any damage is found, be sure to note it on the delivery company’s paperwork before signing.
- If Immediate Inspection Isn’t Possible: Please examine your monument within 24 hours of delivery and report any damage to us as soon as possible.
- Our Commitment to You: If your monument is damaged in transit, we will immediately begin crafting a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- What We Need From You: To process a claim with the shipping company, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damage along with any delivery documentation.
